You will notice our very reasonable shipping rates, which consist only of the cost of packaging materials and actual freight rates to ship your order. We don't raise our shipping rates unless FedEx and/or UPS raise their rates to us. Handling your order is part of our service and we don't charge a fee for it.
Kindly be advised that if we ship the first portion of your order and have a backorder, that second portion must be picked up at the school by a parent or student. We offer shipping as a convenience to our families and cannot underwrite backorder shipments. If you prefer that we delay shipping until the order is complete, specify this in the comments portion of your order.
If you choose to pick up your order during a scheduled sale, the shipping charges will be refunded to your PayPal account when the order is picked up.
Orders not picked up duing the specified on-campus sale date will be shipped out the following business day and shipping charges will not be reversed.
PLEASE do not ask us to leave your order in the school office or to hold the order until our next on-campus event, as we cannot accommodate these requests or impose on busy school administrative personnel to distribute uniforms.
If you are not affiliated with one of our schools, your order will be shipped via
FedEx Ground Services when it is complete.
